Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://paintingservicesfortyfort.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, E Jireh Painting LLC markets and arranges Drywall Services, Cabinet Refinishing, Epoxy Garage Floor Coating, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by E Jireh Painting LLC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. E Jireh Painting LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://paintingservicesfortyfort.com is provided on an "as is" basis. E Jireh Painting LLC makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation. In no event will E Jireh Painting LLC's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify E Jireh Painting LLC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by PA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in PA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Term Changes. E Jireh Painting LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
